Knowles Model W 1108: Capacity 22,000 lbs.

The W1108 is made for the large farming operations of today and for the user who cannot afford to be broken down.  The axles are of heavy structural tubing, rigidly braced and gusseted to resist the most severe use.  The latest in truck-type suspension uses extra large king pins and trunnions as standard equipment.  The new level load bolster absorbs the shock that is normally transferred to grain and forage boxes.  A completely new hitch design makes it easy to steer and turn in the shortest possible position.  Extra wide rims are available for use with flotation tires, which makes this wagon most appealing to farms that are subject to mud and soft conditions.   Heavy 8-bolt hubs are standard equipment. A new heavy-duty EASY HITCH type tongue is available.  This tongue is made to resist bending and failure.  The W1108 can be equipped with two or four-wheel inertia-hydraulic brakes as extra equipment.
